Excellent experience!  I purchased my first hot tub about a month ago, and Marika was so helpful with my decision.  She was so knowledgeable and courteous, which made the experience a pleasant one.  When my hot tub was delivered everything went perfect, and Jack set everything up and explained how to use the hot tub and how to properly care for it!
